Trim the wick:<\/strong> Keep your wick trimmed to 1\/4″ at all times and we really mean each time! This prevents the wick from burning with a larger flame which can cause smoke or soot on the glass.<\/span><\/p>

Understand Soy candles:<\/strong> They have a lower melting temperature and hence burn at a faster rate in summers. <\/span>Watch the video<\/span><\/span> understand Soy Wax Pillar candles.<\/span><\/p>

Wax molten pool and Tunnelling<\/strong> : For glass candles, each time you burn your candle, allow the entire top layer to become a fragrant pool of liquid wax till it touches the edges of the glass. When you light your soy candle for the very first time, it is important to allow it to burn for 2-1\/2 to 3 hours! Soy wax has a \u2018memory\u2019, which helps to keep the candle from “tunnelling” down the centre of the container. Tunnelling is one of the main causes for a candle not creating much fragrance while burning! This will prevent tunnelling, and create an even burn for the duration of the candle’s ‘life’. Burn it safely:<\/strong> Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, keep it out of drafts, and NEVER leave it unattended while lit. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling. Watch the video<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

Pillar and Pebble candles<\/strong>: Always keep a plate underneath them to avoid damaging the furniture in case of spillover.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Taper Candles:\u00a0<\/strong>Sleek Taper candles are very beautiful for an dinning experience, but it is important to keep in mind 2 main things – Avoid drafts and keep checking if candles are upright in the Taper candle Stand. If the candle is bent on one side then its burning would be impacted.<\/p>

Duration<\/strong>: Do not burn candles for longer than 3 hours at a time. Although for a smaller diameter, whether pillar or container candle, limit the burn to 2 hours maximum.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
