This was my experience when I started appreciating how my father took care of me during lockdown. He waited for me to finish my work calls so that we can have lunch together. He would serve me Tea, coffee, Lemonade , water, cut fruits … so that I am always energised and pull through long working hours.<\/p>

I became grateful and realised the value of my helper when my helper tolerated us and yet provided to us with patience when we sitting on his head all day long.. demanding things to be done on time.<\/p>

I have an endless list for me to be grateful for. It grounded me. It replaced the feeling of scarcity with abundance.<\/p>
