Candles work like the human mind, which means they have a memory. So we advise that the first burn needs to ensure that molten wax must reach the edge of the glass. Depending upon the diameter of the candle and room temperature it can take from 30 mins to 2 hours. 

We suggest that you embrace your candles as your friends, and you would know how to give and get the best out of them :)

For Wax melts:

• Our wax tart / melts are heavily scented with quality fragrance oils with 'long lasting aroma'.
• They are 'Eco friendly' as wax doesn't burn. It only releases fragrance on heating.
• Safety instruction - Never leave your hot diffuser or burner unattended and keep away from any inflammable objects.

• Have an aromatic ambience! Looking forward to hearing your experiences!

Mango wood tray with all sustainable products. 

We pack the tray in Net Satin Cloth with a silk dori. 

The Tray is then packed in a cardboard box so that it reaches you safely. The Gift tray  would be sent with local delivery options for hand delivery. 

Charges for local delivery like by Wefast  need to paid to that service.

Q: Are you using fresh flowers?

A: Yes, we use fresh seasonal white bougainvillea in white tray. If bougainvillea is not available we go for next available white color real flowers. As an ethical practice, we don't use artificial flowers.

Q: Can I replace T light diffuser with electric diffusers?

A: Yes, you can. Their would be a marginal increase  in the white tray cost.

Q: Can I personalise the tray with my own choice of wax melts aroma?

A: Yes you can make choice of wax melts fragrance in the white tray. We would love to do that for you. However the wrapper  of the box may be of different colour. What you see in the picture is Vanilla fragrance wrapper. 

Q: Do you courier it?

A: Our White Trays are for hand delivery only. We send them via wefast. However you can also book them from your preferred service. 

Q: Are the trays reusable?

A: Yes, the white trays are designed to be durable and reusable for various purposes such as serving, storage, or decoration.

Q: Can I add a personalized message to the gift set?
A: Absolutely! You can include a personalized message to be added to White Tray during the checkout process.
