Once you have decided the products you want to buy, add them to the cart and move to checkout page to confirm your order and do a UPI payment on the number 9810036064 (Ram Krishan Gupta) or Kanacreations@okhdfcbank. You will receive a confirmation email from us of the order and requesting you to share the screenshot of the payment made. Once we receive the payment, your order processing will start.
Once the order is delivered to you, our delivery partner shares tracking details with you. Please use those. If you face any issue, feel free to call us on 9810036064 or 9910088965 or drop an email on contactus@kanacreations.art. One of our team members will revert at the earliest.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at contactus@kanacreations.art with your order number if you need any assistance on this.
Once shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Nature of our products are such that replacement is not always possible. Once the shipment is processed, we rely on our courier partners to safely deliver your parcel. In the event that your parcel has arrived damaged, it will be replaced immediately, provided an unboxing video, photo of the packet received, each damaged item and shipping label with AWB number is shared with us on contactus@kanacreations.art within 24 hrs so that we can see what best can be done. Currently we take payments via our UPI Kanacreations@okhdfcbank and request for payment screenshot on 9910088965 along with the order number for our team to start processing your order.
Soon our integration with Payment Gateways would complete and then the process would be more user friendly. Till then your support is truly appreciated
Totally depends upon the volume of order. It can range from 3 days to 4 weeks. Hence we suggest that you drop us a note on Custom or Corporate orders . One of our team members will connect with you shortly. Once we understand your requirement in detail along with delivery timelines, we can make it possible at the earliest.
