Anyone who wants to give and receive spiritual coaching or conduct workshops at Atman.
For any single slot, Atman is booked for 3 hours.
We have 2 slots each day.
You can choose to come 30 mins before to see all the preparation is upto mark.
If you come together as a team for a single slot, then yes you both together can use Atman. Their would be an extra charge based on any extra services needed for us.

Atman is a sacred space to conduct classes which bring community together for their higher good.
So all kind of spiritual classes, one on one counselling, visualisation classes, meditations and even art classes which gives therapeutic and healing experience in community.
Atman can accommodate maximum 6 people including the Teacher. This is with our set up on lower sitting arrangements.
If you want to bring your instruments along then accordingly lower number of people would be accommodated.

Advance Booking:
Please submit your booking request at least 10 business days before your preferred course date. This allows us enough time to prepare the space and make any necessary arrangements for your course.
Maximum Capacity:
Atman can accommodate a maximum of 6 people at a time.
Healing Practice / Meditation:
Please select the healing practice or meditation you will be conducting from the available options. If your practice is not listed, please select Others and mention the details.
Special Requirements:
If you need anything specific to be arranged so that you feel prepared and can focus on your students, please mention your requirements in the booking form.
ID Proof Requirement:
For safety purposes, we require ID proof of the participants. You may submit a copy of the ID proof on the day of the course. If you have any objections, please mention them in the form.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Please read and agree to Atman’s cancellation and rescheduling policy before submitting your booking.
Payment & Booking Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed only once the required payment has been successfully made. You will receive a payment confirmation email after successful payment.

Important:
Submitting the booking form does not guarantee availability. Your preferred date and slot will be confirmed by Atman after verification and payment.
Cancellation & Re-scheduling
In case you need to cancel your booking, do share the reason so that we can try to support you to be able to do the session.
Time Frame: Cancellation is honoured until 3 business days before your session is booked. For example, if the session is on March 5th, then cancellations will be honored until March 1st, 6:00pm.
Refund: A 95% refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the session being planned. 75% refund if the booking is cancelled 3 days before the session is booked.
Re-scheduling: We want to make things easy for you, so we are happy to accommodate the change of schedule within the same month with no rescheduling charge. Else It will be considered a new booking.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us: While all efforts will be made to ensure the success of bookings,. However, we shall have unquestionable rights to cancel the same in case of emergency at our end without any prior notice. In such a case, 100% of the payment amount will be refunded.

Who can book Atman?
Atman can be booked by spiritual coaches, healers, meditation teachers, wellness practitioners, counsellors, and facilitators who wish to conduct spiritual, healing, mindful, or therapeutic sessions and workshops.
What types of sessions can be conducted at Atman?
Atman is suitable for spiritual and healing practices, meditation classes, chakra healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, crystal healing, Shamanic healing, visualisation, one-to-one counselling, wellness sessions, and other mindful or therapeutic activities.
How long is one booking slot?
Each booking slot is for 3 hours.
What are the available booking slots?
There are two slots available each day:

How early should I book Atman?
Please submit your booking request at least 10 business days before your preferred date. This gives the Atman team sufficient time to prepare the space and make any arrangements required for your session.
Does submitting the booking form confirm my booking?
No. Submitting the booking form only sends your booking request. Your booking is confirmed after availability is verified and the required payment has been successfully completed.
How many people can Atman accommodate?
Atman can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including the teacher, depending on the seating arrangement and requirements of the session.
Can I bring additional equipment or instruments?
Yes, you may bring your own instruments or equipment. However, depending on the space required for the equipment, the maximum number of participants may need to be reduced.
Can multiple teachers use Atman together?
Yes. Multiple people can use Atman together for the same slot. Additional charges may apply if extra services or arrangements are required.
Can I arrive before my booking time?
Yes. You may arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled slot to check the space and ensure that your preparation is in place.
What is included with the booking?
The standard booking includes the Atman space and the facilities provided as part of the package, including floor seating, cushions, air conditioning, basic stationery, water, tea/coffee, snacks, bathroom access, plants and flowers, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Is parking available?
Parking is available outside Atman. Carpooling is encouraged where possible.
Is food provided during the booking?
For a 3-hour slot, water, tea/coffee, and snacks are provided. For a full-day booking, lunch and evening snacks can be arranged at an additional nominal cost.
Do I need to provide ID proof?
Yes. For safety purposes, ID proof of the participants is required. You can submit the ID proof on the day of the course.
Can I visit Atman before booking?
Yes. You are welcome to visit Atman before booking to experience the space and its environment. Please contact the Atman team to schedule your visit.
Can I book Atman for a full day or multiple days?
Yes. Full-day and multiple-day bookings can be discussed with the Atman team. Please contact the team for availability and pricing.
Can I book Atman for an entire month?
Yes. Monthly bookings are possible, subject to availability and mutually agreed terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 10 days before the session are eligible for a 95% refund, while cancellations made 3 days before the session are eligible for a 75% refund, subject to the stated cancellation policy.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. Rescheduling within the same month can be accommodated without a rescheduling charge, subject to availability. Moving the booking to another month is treated as a new booking.
What happens if Atman has to cancel my booking?
In case Atman needs to cancel a confirmed booking because of an emergency, the payment amount will be refunded in full, as per the stated policy.
Can I make multiple bookings together?
Yes. Each booking should normally be placed as a separate order. If you wish to make payment for multiple bookings together, please contact the Atman team.
Can Atman help me find students for my workshop?
Atman is building a database of seekers and students interested in spiritual journeys and may share relevant information with teachers where appropriate.
